ARC Engineers Limited was formed in late 2007 by founding director and Chartered Structural Engineer, Andrew Rimmington.

Using the latest in computer technology for analysis and design, combined with sound engineering basics, Andrew's aim is to produce structural designs and details which are creative, economic and above all, buildable.

ARC Engineers work for a variety of clients such as Developers, Architects, Private Clients, Trade Manufacturers and Fabricators and also provide Contract Structural Engineering services to other Consulting Engineering practices.

Each Client is unique, and every project different and it is our aim to provide a personal and honest service, tailored to the individual requirements of each client and their particular project.

As well as crossing a variety of construction sectors, Andrew has experience of designing in all major construction materials, such as Steel, Concrete, Timber & Masonry. Structural Analysis is undertaken by CSC's S-Frame package, and designs are undertaken by hand calculation, supplemented by using the TEDDS design package.

Drawings are undertaken using AutoCAD software.
