Delivering technical excellence for our clients and collaborators

Our commercial projects include new builds and the refurbishment of structures such as medical centres, hotels, residential and student accommodation, factories, offices and industrial estate units.

These are largely, but not exclusively, regional projects, along the M62/M1 corridor, allowing us to oversee these projects easily from our home base and pass on the benefits of using the local contractors and suppliers we’ve built strong relationships with.
